Abstract: The present work aims to make a brief overview of the crucial water resources rol in growing citizens life quality, esspecially now when we all realize and admit that water is a limitted resource. This paper also tries to show how water has become an important element of economic, social and environmental sustainability. Another objective of the paper was to identify and analyse the clients perception and satisfaction degree regarding the quality of water service delivery by Telega Water Public Service Department. In that sense, this paper presents results of a qualitative research conducted without ensuring representativeness of the population from which it was extracted, that on a number of 60 clients from Telega village to demonstrate the quality level of public water services. In this study the article author applied a questionnaire on a population of 84 subjects who were voluntarily self-selection and completeness response provided. Survey results demonstrates that there are problems in almost all sectors analyzed in terms of quality, communication with citizens and the City Hall capacity to solve emergency situations.
