Abstract:
The present paper is focused on the necessity to utilize strategic trained human resources during the urban development planning and implementation guidelines. Moreover, in order to pursue an objective focused on sustainable urban development it must be outpost before all the degree of knowledge and experience of the human resources that will be included within the administrative plans designing. Creating a new methodological vision within the creation and implementation of sustainable integrated urban development plans researches assume a scientifically and practical step which does not neglect the unity of the labor process, its integrity, and tries to establish a large dialog between various participant sciences representatives for creating integrated urban planning, on finding new commune operational criteria and principals and also, some general accepted modalities of integrating different human activity’s researches directions in the labor process.
