Abstract:
This paper addresses the issue of public sanitation increase performance by improving its quality in order to maximize individual welfare of citizens by increasing democratization and public participation in administrative decisions. Cleaning public service performance depends to a local public health and maintaining a clean and balanced environment. In this paper is presented a case study public sanitation - performance of existing public sanitation in the city Braila based on a series of indicators
