Sofia Colesca ()

Economia. Seria Management, 2007, vol. 10, issue 2, 27-37

Abstract: Generaly said, trust is an important factor in many social interactions. Because on-line transactions are characterized by uncertainty and anonymity, trust and risk are essential elements in e-commerce and e-government services. There is a statistically significant relationship between trust and use of e-commerce and e-government websites. So, use of Internet for product acquisition, bill and taxes payments has many risky components. In this context, this article presents the concept of on-line trust.
