Abstract:
Over time, planning and career development was seen by most managers as an activity which made for a company employees. Recent experience shows that career planning does not only generate benefits for employees, but for company itself. Training is a worthwhile investment in human resources of an organization resulting in increased employee performance and their adaptation to structural and technological changes occurring throughout the life of an organization.
