Abstract:
The study contains an original approach to the concept of professional competence chain and its application by the organizations. It corresponds to the needs in the field of training an efficient employment of human resources in the organizations. The first part of the study focuses on the theoretical aspects of the competence chain, including its definition, factors involved in it and the model of efficient management, while the second part covers issues of functionality and distribution of functions, methods of career promotion, methods of evaluation, training program etc.
