The Leadership Types within the Organisations

Abstract:
An organization develops when its leaders succeed to convey their values and these are accepted and internalized by the other employees as being the correct way of thinking and acting. It’s important that between the leaders and their supporters to establish sincere and trusting connections, based on a range of values that are mutual shared. Leadership becomes a result of cooperation between the leader and its stakeholders, under the circumstances in which he succeeds to build up a vision of the nature to motivate and accept their points of view, to internalize and to support them.
