Abstract:
In a context where globalization meets new dimensions and management must quickly respond to different challenges, the need for successful management solutions, tested and validated, is increasingly present. In this context, the present paper analyses several perspectives of the military organisation as a management model. The approach has two main directions, both from military organisational internal environment and from the external, outstanding examples from literature being highlighted for the second.
