DIFFICULTIES IN INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abstract: The paper discusses the difficulty of defining and using intellectual property in the international arena. I discuss issues that provide complications in the area, including governing laws that may not be observed between countries, cultural differences that provide varying working definitions of intellectual property.
