Abstract:
The aim of our research was to identify, how, when and why are the stories used in Romanian organizations. Based on the literature review analyzed, we have designed a questionnaire. Our finding showed that communication trough storytelling is mostly used in marketing, journalism and educational fields and that the communication through stories is a tool insufficiently or very little used to boost performances in Romanian organizations.
