Abstract: The research developed for this paper is based on the creation of a customisable model shaped on the actual economic context in which there are included continuous learning elements based on facts and commercial niches that evaluate the business strategy from the casuality diagram and designing its processes. By analysing the evolution of a business venture based on a real market that are delivering their economic activity through quantitative and qualitative measurement methods based on trend. Testing the hypothesis and business suppositions that represent the main engine of theory focused on planning, a model of developing a strategic management process that will be developed in this article.
