Abstract: The digital era implies not only changes in the workforce, it has an even greater impact on managers 'education, and from this perspective managers' training needs to be given greater attention. Training has the main starting point for the target audience, but it is not necessary to ignore the start and initial level of the trained. Also, the education and experience of managers who are trained are equally important. In this context, the educational system needs to adapt to the needs of the digital era, not just for those who are already in college. In addition, he has to find a balance between the two worlds, the new digital one was present in order to provide a transition that would produce effects. The purpose of the current paper is to study the connection between human capital and the social networks that interfere in the human resource management, especially when it’s related to the labor market and the recruitment processses.In this paperwork was used as a qualitative research method based on the analysis of more case studies in order to demonstrate that the presence of social networks in the labor market can bring advantages for both sides – employee and employer.
