Abstract:
Developing the entrepreneurial spirit among future employees is fundamental for the endogen economic increase. It is also a mandatory requirement for sustainable local and regional development. The cross skills, the creativity and the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship will help the future employee to develop their capacity to think critically and creatively, to innovate in their own field of activity, to be productive, flexible, autonomous, to manage projects in line with their own skills and to obtain the results expected. This research presents the most important results on the role of entrepreneurship education in forming future employees, acquiring knowledge, developing skills and attitudes required to integrate on the labour market. The data were collected based on a questionnaire applied on a representative sample of teaching staff in pre-university education in the county, teachers who carry out their activity in academic, technology and vocational high schools. These data were used in outlining an overview on the impact of the entrepreneurship education on the perspectives of an employee’s professional growth, in their double role of entrepreneur and intrapreneur.
