Abstract:
Managing organizations in an exceedingly dynamic business environment could be a vital issue. The aim of the paper is to analyse some aspects of the Kuwaiti business environment and assess its strategic importance for organizations’ development. The focus is on human capital problems as a key factor to success. Understanding the needs of the human capital along with the constant target to implement new measures in this field has been a governmental priority in the state of Kuwait, ?speciallywith regard to education and literacy level, which in Kuwait remained relatively constant or even slightly increased. On the basis of literature review and statistical data analysis, some ideas for future improvements in the domains of education, housing, employment, and pensions system as part of the business environment are shared.
