STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ON PATIENT SATISFACTION

Abstract: This research paper aims to expand the knowledge regarding the issue of the influence of human resource management on patient satisfaction, considered a priority for safety and quality of life. The present study structures, synthesizes and analyzes relevant information from the literature in the field of human resources management in the health sector, as well as possible correlations between it and patient satisfaction. The approach is multilevel: studying the particularities of the health system, especially in Romania, identifying alternative solutions to amplify the role of human resources management in order to improve patient satisfaction and thus the quality of health services. It study aims to contribute to the development of literature on this topic and, in conclusion, highlights how human resource management can capitalize on its potential influence on the quality of health services.
