ANALYSIS OF THE EMPLOYMENT DEFICIT IN THE POST-CRISIS PERIOD

Abstract: The article presents the evolution of the labor market in the post-crisis period: labor market demand and labor market supply. The employment deficit takes place when the demand of employees in a specific occupation exceeds the supply of employees who are available, qualified and looking for a job. The scope of the paper is to identify the gaps of qualified employees in the activities of national economy.
