EXPLORING SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE POST-PANDEMIC FUTURE: THE CASE STUDY OF HANDANHY COMPANY

Abstract: The article examines the supply chain risk of personal protective equipment in the context of the pandemic, using the Chinese private company HANDANHY as an example, and describes the main risk categories for supply chain disruptions, providing insights into supply chain risk in the personal protective equipment industry. The article uses a qualitative research approach combined with a questionnaire survey and analysis of four personal protective equipment companies. It is to explore supply chain risk management strategies in the post-pandemic and to be able to respond more nimbly to similar emergencies in the future and to provide references for reducing supply chain risk.
