THE CSR RESILIENCE PATTERN

Abstract: The general aim of the article is the assessment of the impact that the various components of the corporate strategy based on CSR have upon corporate behavior. Thus, the article refers to the relationship with the community, the employees, the respect for the environment, the quality of services and products. The scientific approach of this article is to show the manner in which individuals are attracted by an organization and convinced by its organizational reputation. We wish to emphasize the answer to this question by suggesting the MS2 CSR pattern, which is consistent with the current trend of the organization’s increasing efforts to become more and more responsible. The main problem is to identify the manner in which an organization performs this action by using an econometric pattern.
