Ioan Radu and Cleopatra ªendroiu

Proceedings of the INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE, 2012, vol. 6, issue 1, 379-386

Abstract: Performance analysis and measurement is not an easy thing, especially since the very concept of performance is difficult to define and explain. For an economic entity, having performance means above all being effective and efficient. If, for the enterprise performance concept, the aspects are mostly clarified and explained, the definition of public service performance for water supply and sanitation has a series of specific meanings, based on the purpose and desire for such services. In this article we develop a comprehensive performance analysis framework for water and sanitation services.
