Abstract:
This paper is an atttempt to provide an answer to the following question: once a develomnet region has been geographicaly defined, what should be done for it in order to become a real developed region, attractive on criteria such as administratively, social, economic, internal and external business environment and so on? This paper aims to identify the main lines of actions based on development requirements of a region on the principles of territorial intelligence.
