Using ? matrix model adequate to the resource and information capabilities of small firms, the contribution of each product set on growth, efficiency and finances of the company is evaluated at first. Then, on the basis of the analysis, specific strategic moves are outlined and the possibility of their realization discussed. A small Bulgarian winery offering a limited assortment of wines on the market has been chosen as an object of this research.
