Abstract:
Project management is a relatively new field and still developing. Due to the high frequency of projects in all fields, project management has an important role in ensuring the competitive advantage in the current economic environment.Projects financed by the European Union generate effects on organizations that implement them, on stakeholders and on the regions in which they are implemented. Through these projects the development of the region and the achievement of the European objective - sustainable development is wanted. Our research is focused on the impact of projects financed by the European Union on the development of the Northwest region of Romania.
