Abstract:
No longer global warming be ignored by corporations, world’s climate changes force governments around the world to issues new regulations obligation corporations to exercise them by developing strategic management. Adopting corporate governance as a part of strategic management makes that smoothly workable, serves corporate sustainability, and affect positively on economic growth by 0.5%. The paper focuses on a Chinese experience; China is listed on tops of CO2 emitting countries and has a fast economic growth making a huge challenge to Chinese companies. That is done through analyzing Chinese situation in developing a strategy on low carbon economy with heightening on Romanian and Germany progresses.
