PARTICULARITIES OF THE MANAGERIAL STRATEGIES IN THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IN A MULTIVARIANT ENVIRONMENT

Abstract: The present study has a central objective to evaluate and monitor the available resources for the protection of people’s health. In the present context of financial difficulties, the main contributions aim to establishing the steps of the methodology and decisional process for applying the managerial strategies in the medical system. The research starts from elements such as the microclimate, the characteristics of the environment and quality of life, the medical ethics etc. An important aspect is represented by the analysis of several variable for the healthcare system. The results of the present study seek to evaluate the reliability of the Romanian medical system.
