Abstract: Due to a dynamic and competitive environment, in which prices are subject to ever-increasing pressure, quality becomes a determining factor in the competitive struggle.Among the key processes of the quality management system, the process of procurement and management of material resources directly affects the quality of the final products, and therefore the performance of the organization. An efficient process of procurement and management of material resources based on good relationships with the suppliers will help increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization and achieving lasting success by meeting the expectations of all stakeholders.
