Abstract: The present paper focuses on aspects of placing knowledge management systems in the scene of learning for the purpose of showing how the complete cycle of the creation, dissemination, and utilization of knowledge by merging people, organizational structures, and technologies, is the key to achieve effective learning, problem solving, and finally decision making. The logical argumentation points out that there is a natural suitability between knowledge management and e-learning, together expressing the professional development way in the knowledge based society emphasized by dynamism and continuous renewal.
