PARTICULARITIES OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN HEALTHCARE, BANKING AND EDUCATION

Abstract:
This paper aims to investigate the content and usefulness of the concept of emotional intelligence in various fields. It also aims to identify the need for different levels of emotional intelligence on the managerial pyramid. For this purpose the author investigates numerous viewpoints in the scientific space, analyzes the concept of the emotional inteligence, interprets and compares similar or divergent opinions in order to identify the niche of its own research. Based on the conclusions, the author argues a research opportunity that highlights the relationship between emotional intelligence, education levels and the generation of investigated subjects and shows the design of their future doctoral approach.
