HUMAN RESOURCES INSIGHTS REGARDING ROMANIAN SMES

Abstract: The current paper is a result of a research concerning HR issues in Romanian SMEs. Part of a broader inquiry concerning SMEs in Romania based on 125 companies investigation, this research uses the Romanian National Council of Private SMEs questionnaire, a validated tools over the years, allowing a comparative approach on SMEs and overall situation of SMEs in Romania for future research.
