Abstract:
Some of the Scout leaders behave in a random way that is far from organizational work with their students belonging to Scout teams. This research deals with theoretical studies on the concept of organizational behavior as well as organization in the field of scouting. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and included the procedures for constructing the questionnaire, in which a set of items have been distributed in four areas of the questionnaire to reveal the level of organizational behavior of Scout leaders from the scout teams. One of the most important conclusions: The current questionnaire is a tool for detecting the level of organizational behavior of scout leaders from the point of view of scouting teams. We recommend the questionnaire as a method to evaluate the organizational behavior of the scout leaders from the point of view of scouting teams.
