Abstract: Physical activity is a form of practicing exercises and a good way of staying in contact with friends and family. Physical activity needs to be greater promoted, wherever and whenever possible. It should be included as any kind of physical exertion in our daily schedules. Regular physical activity brings benefits for all ages: it can reduce blood pressure, maintains, or reduces body weight, reduces heart diseases’ risk, prevents strokes, type 2 diabetes, and several types of cancer. We must also find our motivation for a better, more balanced life and constantly try to improve our quality of life. An improvement in the quality of our life can be done by if there is motivation for a day-to-day active life!
