Abstract:
Each of us has tried to keep some healthy habits before the pandemics, but due to the changes encountered, many of the old ways have become difficult or had to change or be replaced. The impossibility of finding a long-term solution has determined us to rethink the order in which we do things and prioritize, making adaptation something new for all of us. Physical activity as a source of health is a coordinate that should be followed consistently. Physical exercising contributes alongside rest, healthy food, positive thinking and good hygiene to a high immunity, the barrier that keeps us safe from illness, ensuring a high quality of life. Physical effort can be the key-factor which can help the population to tolerate the pandemics, to help overcome this period and to maintain physical and mental health.
