Abstract: The weather greatly influences performance, the state of the body, as well as the effect of exercise. Many specialists find training done in winter much more productive, and furthermore a method of tempering. Harsh weather conditions can lead to hardening, but it can also have the opposite effect if the body's stability against weather factors is not gradually increased. Winter is the ideal time to do extensive training that promotes endurance, burns body fat, and improves body composition. The aim of this article is to discuss the pros and cons of outdoor physical exercise practiced at low temperatures.
