Abstract: In the french comumity from Belgium, from several years, there are a lot of clubs which propose programs of jogging. Since the beginning of 2008, the program I run for my form rallied a large number of Belgian towns and villages to its cause. The principle of this type of program is as follows: adult groups are forming throughout the territory of Wallonia (region in Belgium) and Brussels (the capital). These groups are under the direction of a coach to allow as many people discover the pleasures and benefits that running provides.
