Abstract:
At the based of coordination in an organization is communication, a process with a particularly large impact on functionality and its evolution. The purpose of communication is to transmit to a certain caller some information about some facts, intentions, feelings, and on this basis to influence it’s decisions and actions. A communication without the necessary information to get in a complete form or time can cause major flaws in the coordination of the organization. The coordination is a function of management that follows the forecasts and organization. The coordination aims to harmonize decisions, activities and resource allocation so that no duplication or, on the contrary, areas to be neglected. A proper coordination ensures an efficient and effective use of the resources available to a manager, offering participants the opportunity to manifest their initiatives in a well-established manner, in the organization's activities.
