Abstract: Within the sport domain, the coach is the socio-professional category, responsible for selection, initiation, preparation and perfecting of sportsmen capacity on performance across various sport areas. The coach represents the linkage between the sportsman and the practiced sport. Only through him the training system may be part of the performance progress. This aspect highlights the fact that the pedagogical responsibility of the coach has a bigger importance than the technical - motion training.
