Abstract:
Wealth is all it takes actions so that people could change their lives for the better. The six dimensions of welfare are: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social and environmental. In this paper, we tried to develop the concept of natural wealth is closely correlated with health. The natural wealth includes: mental balance plan, knowledge about the importance of correct breathing, the hydration, healthful food, the correct way of exercising choice depending on the age and sex, and the importance given to leisure (active or passive). In all they are in a balanced proportion, resulting in a healthy lifestyle that reflects the positive effect on quality of life, leading to its improvement
