Abstract: The concept of management is based on 3 methods: process management, leadership management, and scientific discipline management. Therefore management is seen as: - way of control for the systems from a dynamic context, following an efficient and correct functionality from a socio-judicial perspective. - practical and professional values which have as objecitive the economic efficiency, which entails that a amnager practices an effective leadeship style in this direction – therefore it is complex process that implies professionalism. The management occupies an important role among sciences, based on principles, concepts, and fitting theories, that have as purpose the transition from theory to practice throgh an efficient action. It is the process of organizational objectives attainment, being executed through people and other organizational resources, as intermediaries.
