Abstract:
In the theory and practice of training and competition activities, an important role in the effectiveness of the attack phase is played by the passingprocedures. Knowing, from previous records the significant negative involvement of the number of passes sent outside the field in the result of the official games and, with double negative reference the number of intercepted passes, I have designed an experimental research during the training of the junior team of C.S.S. No. 2 Bucharest between September – December 2011. The research purpose was to validate the hypothesis that participatory involvement motivationally acknowledged of the players for the repetition of a number of exercises in a standardized manner, will be objectified by results which will demonstrate the level of development of the technique, speed and effectiveness of executing the passing procedures. With this purpose, the junior team was divided into two groups, each with three pairs, with permanent structure, which went through an initial and a final check with a system made of tests and 5 learning games for testing during each check phase. The outcomes revealed significant improvements in the execution of the passing procedures in the structure of specific exercises and test games, fulfilling the purpose and validating the research hypothesis.
