Abstract:
The research hypothesis wants to check whether a person can be influenced to change their behavior and conduct daily movement by watching motivational posters displayed in classrooms, by receiving daily e-mails and SMS’s tax free from freesms.com or WhatsApp application for smart phone s, whose message was to make small changes in their lives such as using stairs instead of the elevator, riding a bike or going on foot to high school, weekend Cleaning tools in house, dancing etc. Adults will eventually change behavior to follow a certain behavior if they are remembered this constant. Messages must include with the message you want to send a picture message sent to suggest. .Media that are exposed to messages must be as varied. The experiment shows that more than 20% of adults from a group can be influenced to change their life style regarding physical activities, just by being exposed to a message in this direction.
