Abstract: Developing a training program for female basketball teams that represent universities is required, to achieve a higher level of training and thus raising female University Championship.To get the value in university basketball is important to verify that training concepts must consider choosing the most effective means of training by simultaneously addressing all components of training, focusing on capacity development opportunities and athletes.
