Abstract: This research seeks to express a methodological point of view on the processing qualities motive swimmers. Tags autogenez? develops motor qualities in himself, because life, to a certain age and then begin to decrease at a rate many different variables. Group, composed of 38 athletes, which was the subject of our research consisted of swimmers Sports Club Junior High School Emil Racovita - Steaua Bucharest. To validate the hypothesis of the studyTests carried out revealed the extent to which specific means and methods have influenced the preparation of group swimmers creating significant statistical differences between the two groups
