Abstract:
The quantitative and qualitative accumulations in training, which may influence the value of the results obtained in competitive activity, represent a cumulative effect of organizing, development and the content of each training lessons. Each exercise in training will end to develop a particular component of fitness. They must be planed, executed and reviewed in a cyclical process of coaching. The effects cumulated from the beginning of the year to its ending and from the beginning of the game to the maximal individual performances are evaluated through the results of physical tests, changes in height and weight and through the degree of efficiency in official games.
