Adjustment is very important and complex and includes many processes and physical elements that most importantly, give strength and self-confidence. The setting is very complex and includes many processes and mental qualities, its core is the will: specific complex human mental process developed since the first steps in sport. It is considered by industry experts as the most important subjective side of auto- adjustment.Sport will is reflected in positive events. It is strictly related to the nature, value and complexity of objectives achieved.
