Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to find out whether there are differences, on the level of the personality, between the results obtained by overweight and obese students before and after aplying some dedicated training programs. The sample selected for this research was made up to 50 female students, that were divided in 2 groups – the experimental group which benefited from a complex training program, performed 3 times a week, and the control group which performed the usual physical education program, once a week. By the ZKPQ personality questionnaire, there have been identified 5 characteristics of personality: Sociability, Activity, Neuroticism-anxiety, Impulsive sensation seeking and Aggression hostility.
