Abstract:
The back pains are common pain which affect 75-85 percent of the population at least once in a lifetime. The Williams Program is a popular non-surgical treatment for low-back pain. The Williams exercises are based on the flexions in order to reduce the pain and increase lower trunk stability. The aim of this paper is to presents the exercises of Williams program and the benefits of this type of exercises for the three back pain stages.
