Abstract: Despite the fact that management methods have an increasing popularity in the business and academic environments, their use in healthcare organizations is not as well known. This paper provides empirical evidences to support the theoretical approaches, revealing that the use of most management tools within Romanian health organizations significantly and positively influence their performances and level of competitiveness.
