Conflitto di interessi nelle organizzazioni produttive

Abstract:
The term “conflict of interest” (CoI) is used in many different and often inconsistent ways, both by scholars and practitioners. CoI could be a serious problem and may lead to corrupt practices if it is not managed properly. CoI is still sometimes viewed as similar to corruption. But CoI cannot be considered as a crime. For that reason there is a need to improve and clarify the concept of CoI in order to better resolve it when it cannot be avoided.
