Abstract: Against a backdrop of economic innovation type is increasing convergence of information communication technologies and the rapid dissemination of new knowledge, which in turn support the expansion of technological and organizational innovation. Knowledge was one of the factors of production that can help companies to take part in the global competition. The basis for these processes is organizational capital. At the present stage of the economic transformation problem of managing organizational capital is not to form and 'freeze' it, and further build-up and use. The way to enhance organizational capital is the skillful management of this unique environment, which must take into account its place in all planned and organized processes in the enterprise. Thus, in terms of increased competition between domestic and foreign enterprises it is vital to the formation and effective use of organizational capital.
