Abstract: There are several possibilities of windows change on high-rise blocks dependent on the financial power of the investor. All methods hold many perils for workers but for the third party too, i.e. residents, passers-by. Building companies tend to underrate these perils although the impacts are possible to call as serious, and often with grievous bodily harm
