About One Method of Crisis Management and Crisis Benefits for a Small NGO

Abstract: The paper dealt with the issue of crisis management, in a small non-profit organization (NGO). NGO and its crisis are not classically defined here with its strategic plan. It is designed SQUID control method for solving the crisis. This method replaces the Balanced Scorecard method to small NGOs. There are shown the potential benefits of fundamental crisis for NGOs.
